And this time, for Rome designer Caterina Gatta. In attempt to revive couture in Rome, Caterina as you may have read earlier, takes vintage fabrics from design houses such as Givenchy & Gianni Versace, and creates modern dresses with a vintage twist. Friday night was her NYC debut, and we were thrilled to host her and her collection.. Here are some photo moments from the night. Thanks for coming out!
Ok, yes we like those Rootstein Mannequins, that are based off of real models.. Well we recently procured the newest edition to our family.. And we call her Kristiina Michelle.. The Michelle comes into play, because upon receiving her, and pulling her out of her bubble wrap, we realized that she looks A LOT like Marco’s good friend Michelle Eabry, former super model.. You tell us.. Imagine the mannequin without the ratty bob.. Or come check her out in person and you tell us!
